For over 2 decades Lisa has worked within the fitness & health industry. She has completed all her training in Pilates Matwork, Ante Natal Pilates, Personal Training, Reformer level 1 & all small Props.
All of that coupled with her previous qualifications in Gym Instruction, Sport Injury Therapy and her wealth of knowledge regarding the human anatomy has led to Lisa’s classes to be in high demand and book out regularly

STRETCH
Lisa's Pilates classes are slow mat based classes designed to stretch & lengthen your muscle while under tension.
STRENGTHEN
Body weight exercises & small props are the key to tone & tighten muscles without creating bulk
RELEASE
Trigger point & myofascia balls are used to release knots & tension in muscles to help reduce pain & increase mobility

Stretching while strengthening muscles is the key to any Pilates class. wat different about Lisa’s matwork classes is they include the use of Trigger point balls / Myfascia / Spikey massage balls to loosen tight sore muscles thus increasing ROM & flexibility
I can adapt all exercises for different levels, ages & abilities
There is no one size fits approach here, each client is different in levels & abilies.
