Our new 6 week Summer Pilates course begun in the First week of June
I cant believe we are half way through the year already, I had taken the last two weeks in May off for my early holidays this year so its so nice to be back in classes. Even after two weeks your body does get a little stiffer even if your quiet active most people (myself included) don’t stretch, mobilize joints or use trigger point massage balls to ease out tight muscles

Get online if you can’t make a class
If you ever miss one of your In-studio classes don’t worry you can get the class recording to practice at home. Being held up in work in no fun and again if your not going to be able to travel to class in time you can log in LIVE at home from your phone, Ipad or desktop
I use a special AI camera that follows me around the room so you never miss a beat, also I use a microphone clip so you can hear my voice no matter where I am in the studio
